ive only been here a month and i really really love this place.. staff is friendly and always willing to assist me. maintence comes as soon as you call them. grounds are clean.. i recommend this place to anybody looking for a great place to live in dfw area. im really glad i found this place

i found peace

i just recently renewed my lease with hilton head after moving in february of 2016. since my initial move in date, i have been treated with the utmost respect. the staff is the most important part of my love for hilton head. Ms. Mary and tequila are awesome, they greet me by my first name when ever i enter the office. i love that when i have packages delivered they accept them for me and that they remain open until 6 for people who work from 9-5 to pick up their packages or speak with them if needed. besides that, the grounds are kept in excellent shape, its extremely peaceful and no questions go unanswered. I'm happy to be here

Awesome Awesome

Hilton Head is an awesome place to live, the office staff is delightful and maintenance guys are on top of things. Landscaping is top notch, I will call Hilton Head my home until I find a house!

Management is always "on the ball" with apartment concerns, and this time was no exception. Maintenance repaired my loose connections in wall outlets and now plugs fit snugly and do not fall out. Thank you!

I just love living at Hilton Head Apartments. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous whenever there is a problem or maintenance request ordered I know that it will be taken care of if not the same day the next. Maintenance always leave a form letting you know they have entered the apartment for whatever reasons with there signature.
