I lived in these apartments for about ten years and loved every minute of it. The office and maintenance staff are the nicest people you will ever meet and are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Management is always "on the ball" with apartment concerns, and this time was no exception. Maintenance repaired my loose connections in wall outlets and now plugs fit snugly and do not fall out. Thank you!

I just love living at Hilton Head Apartments. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous whenever there is a problem or maintenance request ordered I know that it will be taken care of if not the same day the next. Maintenance always leave a form letting you know they have entered the apartment for whatever reasons with there signature. Such professionalism if I haven't said thank you before Thanks for all you do I really appreciate you I'm a tenant that's here to stay.
