If you have packages delivered to the office we ask for you to not come in the office to pick them up, we will arrange for someone from our staff to deliver them to you. I just love living at Hilton Head Apartments. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous whenever there is a problem or maintenance request ordered I know that it will be taken care of if not the same day the next. Maintenance always leave a form letting you know they have entered the apartment for whatever reasons with there signature.
