Given their potential to transmit viruses, Keeping a clean sanatized gym is one of the most important things you can do to prevent an outbreak of the cold/flu/COVID-19 through our community. We're asking residents to wash their hands and wipe down equipment before and after their workout sessions. We wipe down everything every morning and evening. We are also asking resident to please not use the gym if you have the fever, nausea, runny nose, chest congestion or chills. Get some rest and prevent others from getting sick. Thank you for your cooperation!!

Multifamily Recycling Ordinance
Posted On: 1/22/2020

All containers should be empty, clean, and dry before recycling. They don't need to be perfect, but if there is food residue give it a quick rinse. This reduces contamination (recyclable items that become no longer recyclable) in recycling collection which increases the value of the items and supports the economy. You don't want liquids to get your paper and cardboard wet (or moldy) in the recycle bin so let items air dry before going in your bin.

Make sure you don't bag your recyclables, keep all items loose in the bin. Keep your bin covered so rain doesn't make everything wet.

Management is always "on the ball" with apartment concerns, and this time was no exception. Maintenance repaired my loose connections in wall outlets and now plugs fit snugly and do not fall out. Thank you!

I just love living at Hilton Head Apartments. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous whenever there is a problem or maintenance request ordered I know that it will be taken care of if not the same day the next. Maintenance always leave a form letting you know they have entered the apartment for whatever reasons with there signature. Such professionalism if I haven't said thank you before Thanks for all you do I really appreciate you I'm a tenant that's here to stay.
